Whether it was luck, or our ‘judgment’ in appointing Farrington’s as the builders I can say that it has been a comparative pleasure. Your team showed courtesy at all times and were very pleasant on site; you all got on with the work instead of sitting around – this was particularly notable during the appalling weather at the beginning of the project; no challenge was too big – the standard response was ‘not to worry’ or ‘no trouble’; and above all well done for meeting the xmas deadline.
